As Director, you will have administrative oversight of 15 FTE’s. Reporting directly to the V.P., the Director of Pharmacy will be responsible for providing leadership to the Department of Pharmacy Services and for strategic planning, implementation and maintenance of processes relative to productivity, quality of services, performance improvement, financial management and human resource management. The position requires a BS in Pharmacy and/or Pharm D; at least 1 year of progressive hospital-based pharmacy management experience.
