PHARMACY OPERATIONS MANAGER
Our Client, a 300 bed progressive community based acute care hospital located just outside of Boston and within commuting distance to Providence, Rhode Island is currently recruiting for a Pharmacy Operations Manager. As Operations Manager, you will function as a true Assistant to the Director and have an active role in core administrative responsibilities such as policy and procedure input, committee participation, quality initiatives, medication safety and the budget process. You will work very closely with the Physicians and patients of the Hospital. Traditional responsibilities will consist of scheduling, hiring, training and evaluations of current pharmacy staff. The Director would also like this individual to take a lead role in expanding the roles of the Pharmacy Staff. This is a scheduled Monday to Friday Day Shift position. This is a non distributive completely administrative position.
